Learning that lasts, a legacy that grows
Dharav High School, Jaipur participated in the Jaipur History Festival, 2024 from December 3 to December 6, 2024, availing the unique and enriching experience. The theme of the festival, Financial Literacy and Folk Arts, offered a diverse opportunity, to experiment learning through traditional art workshops, dance, drama, songs, literary corners, author interactions, installations, and stop-motion animation, all focused on imparting financial literacy.
Students from Dharav High School performed a captivating Kathak dance drama based on Munshi Premchand’s iconic novel Nirmala. A standout installation titled ‘Puppets: Humans or Financial Literacy’, utilized folk art to convey lessons on financial literacy, emphasizing the importance of financial wisdom in navigating life’s complexities. The school Principal, Ms Ritu Sharma congratulated the participants and appreciated the JHF, and expressed heartfelt gratitude to Mr Sandeep Sethi, spearheading the JHF.
The Jaipur History Festival 2024 offered an invaluable learning experience not only for the participants but also for the audience and visitors, who were inspired by the creativity and talent on display. The student volunteers at JHF gained invaluable experience of hospitality and management at this event.
