Educational trip to the Nahargarh Zoological Park: Classes III to V
“Animals are reliable, many full of love, true in their affections, predictable in their actions, grateful and loyal.”*
One visit to the zoo is enough to make you fall in love with nature and its beauty. You learn so much about Mother Nature. A zoo is the perfect place to visit.
An educational trip to the Nahargarh Zoological Park was organized for the students of classes III-V to promote awareness and to expose the children to the world of amazing animals and birds. They saw a variety of animals and were fascinated by the beauty of the nature. Jumping with excitement students witnessed numerous animals which they had only seen on their television sets. From the hyenas, to jackal, lions, tigers, alligators, crocodiles, deer, etc. students got a chance to closely observe all the animals present. It was an enriching and learning experience for the students.
The excursion proved out to be an outdoor classroom for the students as they were able to accommodate and assimilate knowledge.
During their journey back to school in bus, tiny tots shared their observations taken during the field trip. Our Principal ma’am Seema Sehajpal always encourages such visits which, in true sense, help our students to co-relate the concepts they had been learning in class with real life experiences.
Overall it was a day well spent which has given our students wonderful memories.
