77th Independence Day Celebration
Dharav High School, Jaipur, celebrated the 77th Independence Day, stirring deep feelings of patriotism and national pride among the students. The event commenced with the dignified hoisting of the Tricolour, the emblem of Indian pride and identity, carried out by the esteemed school Principal, Ms. Seema Sehajpal. This poignant moment was followed by a harmonious rendition of the National Anthem.
During her address, the Principal, Ms. Sehajpal paid heartfelt homage to the valiant individuals who made the ultimate sacrifice to safeguard and secure our independence. She fervently encouraged the students to actively engage in the process of nation-building, emphasizing the importance of abiding by the country's laws and exhibiting unwavering respect in all possible manners.
Expressing dedication to the nation, the students presented a captivating cultural programme, featuring a thought-provoking speech and poetry, soul-stirring patriotic melodies, and captivating dances that splendidly echoed the abundant cultural heritage and traditions of the nation. As the event concluded, the youthful patriots dispersed with an invigorating zeal, determined to steer the nation towards a future of resplendent progress and development.
In harmony with the celebration of the third anniversary of the National Education Policy (NEP), a symbolic tree plantation initiative was undertaken, symbolizing growth, renewal, and the nurturing of a brighter future.
