A capacity-building workshop was conducted on Saturday, July 8, 2023 by the school Principal, Ms. Seema Sehajpal for the entire teaching staff. She led the teachers through two distinct activities to encourage the staff to actively participate in motivating students to gain an understanding of the teaching and learning processes; their dynamics; felt-needs and unmet gaps; using tools and techniques in the classroom for effective knowledge-delivery. The workshop's tone was set with the opening exercise, which was informative and explained the significance of developing students' skills, attitudes and aptitudes in order to ensure lifelong learning. She instructed all to keep the six C’s that the school has adopted as guiding principles in all activities of the school. It was a fantastic learning opportunity that aided the teachers in implementing new strategies to improve teaching and learning.
