An intraclass competition ‘Discover the Scientist’ was held on Thursday May 11, 2023, for the students of grade V. After selection round, four students from each section of class 5 were selected. They enacted like some of the famous scientists like Marie Curie, Isaac Newton, Dr Abdul Kalam Azad, Sunita Williams, Kalpana Chawla etc. All the participants spoke about the achievements of the scientists. Students dressed up like them and displayed their creativity.
The Principal, Ms Seema Sehajpal announced the winners and appreciated the efforts of the students and motivated them to think logically. Students enjoyed the event and their active participation helped them understand the importance of the discoveries, inventions and achievements of the scientists.
